Creating a self-portrait vector

Creating a vector portrait from a photo is a rather easy process.  I began with a photo recently taken at my brother’s wedding.  I opened it in Adobe PhotoShop, cropped it, then added smart blur and poster edge filters.  The filters simplified the details and decreased the number of colors.
